CultureBrokers consultants have a sophisticated understanding of

Lisa Tabor, Owner & President
Lisa is responsible for assigning and managing all CultureBrokers
consultants and delivering value to clients. Her focus areas include
community relations, customer service, marketing, process
consulting, sustainability, strategy and project start-up.
Loudi Rivamonte, Associate
Loudi is currently CultureBrokers' lead associate for projects in the
healthcare field and co-creator of CultureBrokers' Improving
Heathcare Interactions Series. In addition, she has many years of
community engagement experience with local governments and
agencies.
Earl Ross, Associate
Earl is CultureBrokers’ former lead project manager for Ramsey
County Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative. His work includes
management, research, communications policy analysis, and
community relations. He is currently co-developing a model to build
equal partnerships between governing systems and communities
of color.
Kathryn McGraw Schuchman, Specialist
Kathryn is co-creator and trainer for CultureBrokers' Improving
Heathcare Interactions Series. She is a licensed clinical
psychologist specializing in counseling children and families.
