CultureBrokers brought a discipline of using data and looked at our organization holistically to help our clients access our services.  Through this work, we will have reliable measurable data Lisa offered a real time strategic planning framework that has been used multiple times to get a diverse group of people to agree upon a strategic framework and plan of action. This framework helped implement a marketing effort during LRT construction that brought new customers to ethnic businesses and increased the visibility of the cultural corridors along the Green Line. The initiative was called the World Dollars program. To implement it we needed to develop strategic, operational and tactical strategies connecting business owners, customers and marketing partners and funders.that gives us objective results to help us as we grow.
